**JCPENNEY
REWARDS: JCPenney credit cardmembers are
automatically enrolled in JCPenney Rewards and are eligible to earn
rewards points on purchases made with their JCPenney credit card
account. For each $1 spent on a qualifying purchase at JCPenney
stores or jcp.com, you will receive 1 JCPenney Rewards point, up to
the point maximum (2,000). Rewards apply to net card purchases
(minus returns). Once you reach 200 points, you will be issued a
$10 JCPenney Rewards certificate, redeemable on eligible JCPenney
purchases (in select markets, once you reach 100 points, you will
be issued a $5 reward; visit jcp.com/rewards to review the
requirements for your account). Your account must be in good
standing when the reward points are earned and reward certificates
are issued. For qualifying purchases and exclusions and
restrictions that may apply, please see the Rewards Program Terms
provided with your account agreement (as may be amended) or
jcp.com/rewards.
**JCPenney Mastercard Rewards Program:
In addition to the JCPenney Rewards program, each JCPenney
Mastercard cardmember can earn additional rewards when using their
Mastercard Account outside of JCPenney Stores and jcp.com, provided
their JCPenney Mastercard Account ("Mastercard Account") is open,
in good standing and not more than 2 payments past due at the time
rewards are issued and redeemed. Earn 1 reward point ("MC rewards")
for every dollar in net purchases (purchases made by you or an
authorized user minus returns and adjustments) everywhere
Mastercard is accepted (other than JCPenney Stores and jcp.com).
Balance Transfers, Cash Advances, finance charges, and fees do not
qualify for points. Each time you reach 1,000 MC rewards points,
you will earn a $10 JCPenney Mastercard Rewards certificate ( "MC
rewards certificate"). MC rewards certificate(s) will be issued and
mailed with your next billing statement after your rewards point
balance equals or exceeds 1,000; provided, however, that no more
than 3 MC rewards certificates will be issued and mailed in any one
month. The MC reward certificates are in addition to any
certificates you earn under the JCPenney Rewards program for
JCPenney Store or jcp.com purchases. Your MC rewards point balance
will be reduced by 1,000 points for each $10 MC rewards certificate
issued to you. MC rewards earned, but below the threshold for the
issuance of a MC reward certificate, will expire 36 months from the
date earned. MC rewards certificate(s) may only be redeemed for new
purchases made at JCPenney Stores and jcp.com placed on your
Mastercard Account. MC rewards certificate(s) must be surrendered
at the time of use. If your JCPenney purchase is less than the
amount designated on the MC rewards certificate, you will forfeit
the remainder of that amount. MC rewards certificate(s) must be
used by the expiration date indicated on the certificate(s). MC
rewards certificate(s) cannot be credited to any account, redeemed
for cash, replaced if merchandise is returned, or applied to prior
purchases, or jcp.com purchases currently being processed. Lost or
stolen MC rewards certificate(s) are not replaceable. MC reward
certificates are applied to purchases on a prorated basis; any
refunds of merchandise will be given in the applicable prorated
amount and any reward used on a returned item is forfeited. MC
rewards certificate(s) are not transferable. Use of MC rewards
certificate(s) is void where prohibited by law. MC rewards
certificate(s) may not be used in connection with the purchase of
certain merchandise or services, including, but not limited to,
gift cards/e-gift cards, and may be subject to additional
restrictions, including minimum purchase requirements. See MC
rewards certificate for details. We reserve the right to amend or
modify the JCPenney Mastercard Rewards program at any time and in
any way without notice (including, without limitation, our right to
expire points or adjust the number of points for each dollar in
purchases). We further reserve the right to terminate the JCPenney
Mastercard Rewards program at any time without notice. No
additional MC rewards certificates will be issued after termination
of the JCPenney Mastercard Rewards program. For questions about the

Mastercard Rewards program are provided by Synchrony Bank.
‡JCPENNEY GOLD/PLATINUM CARD LEVEL DETAILS: You
must spend $500 or more on merchandise or services at JCPenney
Stores or jcp.com with your JCPenney Credit Card in a calendar year
to earn or maintain JCPenney Gold Status (Gold Status is not
available in select markets). Spend $1,000 or more on merchandise
or services at JCPenney Stores or jcp.com with your JCPenney Credit
Card in a calendar year to earn or maintain JCPenney Platinum
Status (in markets where Gold Status is not available, spend
requirement for Platinum is $500). Visit jcp.com/rewards to review
the requirements for your account. For the JCPenney Mastercard,
Gold/Platinum Status is determined within two billing periods of

†BIRTHDAY OFFER: A birthday offer will
be sent via email, or at JCPenney’s sole option via U.S. mail, to
eligible Members. To be eligible for the offer, Members must (a) be
residents of the 50 states of the U.S. and PR, and have a birthday
date on file with their Program or credit account, (b) if not a
JCPenney credit cardmember and/or a JCPenney Home Services Credit
Cardmember, have earned points within the last 12 months, (c) if a
JCPenney credit cardmember (includes JCPenney Mastercard
Cardmembers), have made at least one purchase with their JCPenney
credit card within the last 12 months, and (d) have a JCPenney
credit card account and/or Program account that is in good standing
at the time the birthday offer is issued. Also, Members who reside
in HI or who have not achieved JCPenney Gold/Platinum credit
account status must have a valid email address on file with their
Program account to receive the birthday offer. One offer per
account.
